Questions, account deletion, and how to reach us.

Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, ratings, rankings, and any remaining Credits. It can't be undone.

In the app

Open the Profile tab and tap the settings icon.
Under Account, tap Edit Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Without the app

Request deletion with our form, or email info.circleranks@gmail.com from the address on your account. We process requests within 30 days.

Some records may be kept where the law requires it, such as purchase records for tax purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Common questions

Is CircleRanks free?

Yes. CircleRanks is free on iPhone and Android. Optional Credits can be purchased in the app; payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google.

I bought Credits and they didn't show up.

Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Email us with the date of purchase and we'll look into it. Refund requests go to Apple or Google directly.
